Philly NY Cheesecake

Ingredients: 6 Crushed Graham crackers
1 C. and 3Tbs Sugar
3 Tbs butter, melted
5 pkg.(8oz ea.) Philly cream cheese, softened
3 Tbs Flour
1 Tbs Vanilla
1 C. Sourcream(breakstones' or knudsen)
4 eggs
1 Can(21 oz) cherry or strawberry pie filling

Line 13 X 9 " pan w/ foil. Mix crumbs, 3 tbsp sugar and butter; press onto bottom of pan. Bake 10 minutes.
Beat cream cheese, sugar, flour and vanilla until blended. Add sour cream; blend. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed until blended. Bake 40 min. or until center is almost set. Cool completely. Then Refrigerate 4 hours. Use foil to lift cheesecake from pan. Top filling and Enjoy!
