Creamy Avocado Dip


Serves 8
10 minutes

4 (soft) avocados
1 C. fresh cilantro
1/2 C. sour cream
1/4 C. Fresh lime juice
1 jalapeno, seeded and chopped
Salt and pepper


Scoop the avocados out of their skins and place in a food processor. Add cilantro, sour cream, lime juice, jalapeno, 1 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp pepper and blend until smooth. Serve with: carrots, cauliflower, broccoli, and jicama, or just chips!
