Pairing foods


Strawberries+ Whole wheat toast= form cells that can absorb better.
Oatmeal + Milk= magnesium increasing the calcium from milk and disabling it from binding to fiber and other nutrients.
Olive oil + veggies= healthy fat to help absorb the veggie's antioxidants.
Chicken + Carrots= chicken's zinc to help body metabolize carrot's Vitamin A.
