Are you painting?

Well if you are or ever will in the future...here is a helpful tip.
In each room(you paint), place a piece of painters tape on the back of an outlet cover with the names and number of the paint colors you used for that room. That way if you ever need to remember the name of the paint, for whatever reason, you'll know it!

Laundry tips you should know

  • you should leave the lid on the washer open after every wash to prevent mold and mildew.(most likely for states with humidity)

  • Turn your good jeans inside out so they don't fade. Do the same with clothes made from corduroy or velour to repel lint.

  • Utilize small mesh laundry bags made for lingerie to keep all those teeny baby socks in one place. etc.

  • use a scoop or two of oxi-clean with the soak cycle: awesome stain buster!

Do you read your lip balm label?

BeesWax naturally replenishes moisture thats made from Bees. VS.

Petrolatum is non-renewable hydrocarbon made from crude oil. Unfortunately petroleum dries out your lips. Why else would it be used for babies bums?

BeesWax hydrates the barrier that keeps lips moisturized VS...

Petrolatum leaves a greasy film that may contain contaminants.

Burts BeesWax Brand is made with pomegranate oil to keep lips smooth and supple
Just to remember...Petroleum or aka Petrolatum if found in anything don't use it unless you mean to dry or protect. Great for baby's bum to keep out moisture or for abrasions to keep out bacteria.

Earphones

I use earphones alot. So it would be wonderful if I could have these kind. A longer cord is much desirable. They are cool because they are the best product(cheap) out there that block out noise and can are louder too. Reason being, they go inside the ear lobe...obviously only a safe distance inside. Care to check them out, look here

What the Earth provides

You know I always find this stuff in bits and pieces at random places..and now i have them complided into one spot, darn it all! Now I can refer back to this if I can't remember something. So here goes...

***
Vitamin B-12: helps with> fatigue, depression, nervousness, forgetfullness and insomina.
Foods with it: Beef, tuna
***
Vitamin B-6: helps with> emotional stress, fatigue, nervousness, irritability, depression, premenstrual tension and insomnia.
Foods with it: Get back to you on that
***
Vitamin C helps with: emotional stress, physical activity, allergies, illness
Foods: orange juice 1/2C., papaya, grapefruit, broccoli
***
Iron helps with: Fatigue
Foods: spinach, roast beef, raisins, nuts, oysters
***
Calcium helps with: grouchy disposition, tension, cramping in calves, depression, anxiety
Foods: low-fat cheese, yogurt, sardines, almonds, white beans
***
Magnesium helps with: anxiety, insomnia, depression, nervousness
Foods: soybeans, almonds, tofu, seafood, whole grains, bran

((((((((Avoidance))))))))))

White sugar and white flour deplete important various B vitamins from yr system, causing: anxiety, nervousness, irritability, diarrhea, irregular heartbeats, inability to concentrate, and upset stomach.

Sugar is in Everything, how can I avoid it?

Sugar is a stimulant therefore to eliminate the intake, read nutrition bar to see if the sugar amount is more than half of the Carb amount.

Ex. Sugar: 16 Carbs: 24...half of the carbs is 12..therefore sugar is higher by 2 points = avoid product.

Salt causes fluid retention which leads to high blood pressure...watch yr salt intake. Season more with Garlic powder and Pepper and less of salt.

Protein, Protein, PROtein! Women need Protein...every which way you can find to have more protein intake, do it!

Protein: Peas and Beans are chuck full of it and fiber which helps your "poo" hole and tubes :0)

You are what cha eat.

Health conscience?

Did you know that there are many ways to help build your immune system? Here are some tips I learned:
Pet something fluffy-in doing this it spikes the secretory immunoglobulin A(IgA); which in turn helps protect the body against germs trying to enter it. The brain releases chemicals that help the immune to function.
Relax-whatever helps you wind down...yoga or whatever. Stress suppresses the circulation of immune cells that inhibit your bod's response to invaders.
Eat Good Bacteria-this helps to prevent or reduce the duration of some gastrointestinal, urogenital, and respiratory illnesses. Eat foods with probiotics(yogurt) or take probiotics.
Protein-"amino acids in protein are the building blocks of the cells in your immune system, and they help create protective white blood cells and antibodies" this is for us ladies especially!
