Can't get the cap off?

This little trick is awesome. I just wanna put this out there. Use a rubber band to twist and wrap around the cap/top. then simply turn and *pop* its off.

and all of a sudden, its off!

I have such a problem with getting caps off! Seriously! I end up having my husband do it for me or I just give up. This is a great little trick.
